WoW Slows Down...

4.30.06

Well, not much to report about this weekend. I deleted my hunter (who was up to level 15) and created a Tauren Warrior. Got him up to level 10 and got half a level on my priest. Mainly I farmed, as I started the weekend with 6s. I now have about 12g (11g 68s), but that still leaves me 80g short! Augh... farming = sucks.

The Scarlet Monastery called...

4.22.06

I am writing this post for two reasons. One: to let you all know that I haven't died. Two: To discuss Scarlet Monastery (SM). I've jotted down some loot I wanted to collect at gnomer before I go SM, and loot I want in SM itself.

Gnomer: Electrocutioner Lagnut (Ring); Electromagnetic Gigaflux Reactivator (Head)

SM: Triune Amulet (Neck); Mantle of Doan (Shoulder), Illusionary Rod (Staff); Beguiler Robes (Chest, but these I could do w/o. I just want them because my Civinad Robes provide no int); Necrotic Wand.

So there.

Halfway there...

4.16.05

Well not really. As you need more XP the higher level you go, I'm technically not halfway there- but I did ding 30! Yep, I grinded from 28 to 30 on the ogres in Duskwood. Got ganked by a 34 UD Mage and then had a 60 Guildie who was in the area camp the hell out of him. Ahena ran RFC twice and is now level 15. My twink went from 5 to 8. I finally got all the way through Gnomer. Unfortunately, the hat I wanted from him didn't drop. I am looking forward to level 40 and getting my mount; but I'm not sure I'll have the money! When I hit 30, the spells I needed to buy cost a total of 13g. I only had 4, so right now I'm in debt of 9g. I skilled tailoring up to 213-- and I was going to get master tailoring, but you have to be level 35. /cry.

Something of no importance...

4.09.06

Haven't updated in a while. Well, I got to play this weekend; but I really didn't have fun. I played quite a bit of WSG and I expect to be a corporal on tuesday. As a priest, I made a flag cap in WSG, so that was pretty funny. Everyone was joking around, saying I could tank against these hordies we were playing. I went to gnomer once but our group slowly broke up. Grinded from 28 to 28 1/2 in Duskwood off of the ogres. I would post screenshots, but again-- they're at my dad's house. I managed to play my hunter on WW and got him to level 14. Had a guildie (yay Pod People) run me through RFC so now I've got some pretty nice greens on him. I made a NE Rogue on Mug'thol that I plan to twink out when I actually start making money. Right now, Xelare is sitting with about 60s. -_- The twink is level 4, X is 28 and Ahena is 14. Yeah, I know-- if I played only one character I'd level much quicker... well... too bad. The Pod People are great and I'm really enjoying hunter.

Dings, Guild and Gnomer-- Oh My!

4.5.06

I haven't played since this last weekend-- but I didn't put a new post in this last weekend either. I haven't any screenshots (they're all on my dad's computer) but I thought I'd post to let you know the blog didn't die. Okay, first: situation with the guild. FS disbanded and went into Chronic Crew. After a few days it felt that they weren't very helpful and not too many people were around my level. I went off in search of another guild and ended up joing (*coughplug*ghostsofironforge.com*cough*). They're a very cool group of people whom I enjoy grouping with. I actually got into the guild when I ran gnomer and asked if I could join our tank's (Airiya) guild. She got an invite sent my way and done deal. That leads to Gnomer... Ugh. Over the past few levels, Gnomeregan quests have been coming into my log by the pound. I think I had 7 quests just for Gnomer. I went for my first time a little low at 26 and wiped. I've run it a few more times but haven't managed to reach Thermaplug. We did manage to reach Vicious Fallout and he dropped-- what else, the Acidic Walkers! Although they're ugly-- they've got good plusses. I need to finish the quest "The Grand Betrayal" so I can get the Civinad Robes (which are only a slight upgrade from the Corsair's Overshirt I'm still donning a good 10 levels after I received it). Xelare is now a 28 Priest. I usually don't talk about Ahena-- but I will. For those that don't know, Ahena is my horde character on Whisperwind whom I started for the sole purpose of getting into The Pod People. Now an amazing level 13 Tauren Hunter, I recently dropped the role of Herbalist/Alchemist for two reasons: 1) The guild has a lack of engineers. 2) Engineering sounds fun and I've never tried it. I originally took Herb/Alch because of the +15 Herb skill Taurens get passively... but that didn't interest me too much. Long post today... tough.
